We
recommend and accept
the following payment methods:
I- Credit Card (authorization letter by fax or
email)
II- Western Union Transfer
III- Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer)

1. The quote we provide is in US Dollars ($US)
2. Reservations should be made via our online
Request Form and send it directly to
Private Asia Tours's office. Upon
confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty
percent) deposit is requested.
3. The rest of the payment for the total or business
service package should be paid to
Private Asia Tours at least 14 days prior
to clients arrival, unless otherwise stated or
agreed. Failure to comply may result in
cancellation of the client bookings without any
refund of sums already paid to
Private Asia Tours by the client. Client
may choose to pay the full price rather than a
deposit, thereby avoiding a second transfer fee.

I- Payment by Credit Card Authorization Form

Private Asia Tours accepts credit card
payment with authorization letter by fax or email.
We accept Visa, Master Card only. Please download
the
Authorization Form and then complete the form and send
back to us by email or fax which is safe and easy.
Important Notes
1) Your card issuing bank will debit you in local
currency and
Private Asia Tours will have no control
on the rate of conversion used by your card company.
The result is that the amount charged from your
credit card might be slightly different from the
amount on the credit card authorization form.
2) We do not accept credit card payment if you
confirm the booking and pay us less than 10 days
prior to your arrival date. In this, we prefer the
payment by Western Union service, or other payment methods
that are quick and safe.
3) A surcharge of 3% will be applied to payment by
credit cards. Service vouchers will be issued at
least one
week before the departure date.

II- Pay by Western Union Transfer

If there is
Western Union Service in the area where
you live, you can choose to send us deposit through
Western Union which is very quick, easy and safe.

After you send us the money, please tell us the full

address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number
provided by Western Union.
Western Union is the fastest way to pay us. We can
get your money in a couple of minutes after you send
the money. So it is an ideal way for the late
bookings.

III- Payment by Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)

You can pay us by wire transfer to our bank account.

After you send the money, please fax or scan then
email us the bank receipt for the proof of payment.
Note:
Please write your travel consultant’s name on the
postscript when you transfer the money.
It may take 5 days to 2 weeks for the wired payment
to reach us. So we do not accept wire transfer
payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less
than 10 days prior to your arrival date.
Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating
to
Private Asia Tours must be paid by the
client.

Booking Terms & Condition:
Deposits
All trips require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of
the total amount. The deposits will confirm your
reservation until 30 days, unless otherwise stated, prior to trip departure,
at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the
balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will
regard the booking as cancelled.
Cancellations
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our
policy is that all cancellation must be informed in
writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will
be charged as follows:
* More than 60 days prior to trip departure. No
charge, however 100 USD deposit is non-refundable.
* 14-60 days before arrival: 10% charge
* 7-13 days before arrival: 40% charge
* 3-6 days before arrival: 60% charge
* Within 2 days before arrival: 100% charge
Travel Insurance
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An
insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel
insurance, which includes trip cancellation,
medical, and other coverage, should be confirmed
upon your trip departure.
Tour cost
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed
on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated
otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee
includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy
and most meals, all transportation during the tour,
entrance fees , and services of a local tour guide.
Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No
refunds will be given for unutilized services
Voucher
Voucher will be issued by
Private Asia Tours after the booked trip
is confirmed and payment is completed. A service
voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to
passenger.
Liability
No refunds nor exchanges can be made in respect of
accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport
or any other services which are included in the tour
prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Private Asia Tours is not responsible for
any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers.
Additional expenses incurred due to delays or
postponement, accidents, inclement weather,
political restrictions or any other causes must be
covered by the passengers. Passengers are required
to have full travel insurance covered. This include
trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and
other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable
and local conditions may affect accommodation and
itineraries. Should this occur,
Private Asia Tours will endeavor to
substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
Complaints/Refunds:
Private Asia Tours will act as an
intermediary between the clients and other services
suppliers such as air, train, boat hotels in the
event of any complaint.
